Reto Donatsch

Mr. Reto Donatsch (born 1950) holds a degree
in economics from the university of Geneva.
He started his professional career with Credit Suisse and became
a Director of Credit Suisse Geneva.
In 1993 he moved to the executive board of Bank Leu in Zurich,
the oldest Swiss Bank, established 1755.
From 1996 to 2003 he was CEO of Bank Leu.
In 1997 ha was additionally called to the executive Board of
Credit Suisse Private Banking.
In 2003 he moved to the board of directors of Bank Leu until
2007 when he retired to become an independent adviser and investor.

David Roberts

| Mr. Roberts is a KPMG trained Chartered Accountant
with 25 years experience in banking and finance. Mr. Roberts
has held senior commercial and risk positions, most notably
as Managing Director of a NM Rothschild owned asset finance
company and more recently as Vice President of GE Capital.
In 2007 he originated over USD 1bn of new business, primarily
in emerging markets. |

Oliver Belin

| Mr. Belin holds a MBA from the University of
St.Gallen and has many years experience in finance and
trade. He spent three years as Head Analyst
at GSCF Ltd, a service provider for SCF solutions. There he
was responsible for the set up and execution of sophisticated
portfolio management tools as well as the risk management of
several SCF programs (total credit exposure of over USD 800m). |

Phillip
Underhill - Chief Operating Officer

| Mr. Underhill has over 30 years experience
developing & managing international distribution and
asset based finance transactions and relationships including
structuring multi-million $ participations
with major banks. At his previous employers he was a member
of their senior European management teams. Prior to joining
SCC he held board positions at GE Commercial Distribution
Finance, Deutsche Financial Services (where he was the U.K.
M.D. ) and Transamerica Commercial Finance. |

Kai Keong
Ng
- Chief Information Officer

| Mr. Ng has a deccade of information technology
experience in banking & finance sector. As Head of IT Services
with GSCF Ltd he managed the information technology function
and was instrumental in the design and execution of a global
SCF servicing platform, which processed multi-billion transactions.
Subsequent to this he worked for Princeton Financial Systems
(former Aquin Components) as implementation consultant for
fund & asset management solutions for large Swiss based
financial institutions. |
